This review has nothing to do with the product, which is quality. But don't trust that estimated delivery date. Mine was over 4 days ago and I'm still waiting. If you are ordering this sign for a date sensitive event, you may want to order about a month early or prepare to be disappointed with a sign that you can no longer use days after your event. And you will only receive a "sorry we can't help or refund you" response from Bestof Signs. Order with caution...

We never received the original 8x8 fabric and had to pay $100 for another, even though the fault was either on BestOfSigns end or on FedEx. Will not be using this vendor again.
tried to set up and the spring would not engage tried calling left messages to be called back since the wait times were long on the phone. Finally got a person by acting like i was placing another order explained to him the issue and he said he would enter the complaint and someone would call me in thirty minutes no one has ever called me . I explaned I needed it for the next weeks event and this wasnt going to work if it wouldnt go up and down . it has been two weeks not one call.
Very happy with my banners, great quality, super fast delivery, they arrived even before the original delivery date
