I'm loving my new table runner. I used my own design that I created on Canva but the folks here also needed to tweak something to make it clearer. It came out great!

Great quality. Fast.
The table skirt is premium quality and top-notch! However, the website and customer service are terrible; the website is very user-friendly. It took 5 weeks to receive my table skirt because the address it was delivered to first didn't exist, but it did; just how the website is set up, it didn't register. Then I had to pay extra shipping costs to have it shipped out again. Boo. But the table skirt is great.
In ordered a table runner in Teal with my company logo on it, and what I received was so light blue it’s almost white. The color is really disappointing. Additionally, when I placed my order, I didn’t get a proof to approve until I asked for one, and I ended up getting multiple customer service calls about it. After that, I got multiple emails to approve the proof that got sent to me after the company had called me multiple times, and the proofs had changes. that I’d never asked for , which meant more phone calls . I replied to the emails and said “ yes please make this I approve” thanks” and those didn’t seem to be clear enough to this company , because I had even more calls saying “ hey we need your approval “. So for a $35 thing, these guys wasted a ton of time emailing and calling me, only to ultimately make me something that wasn’t exactly what I’d asked for. It’s usable , and other than the disappointing color, it looks fine. Can’t recommend this though.
The ordering process and then approving the proof went flawlessly. Then the turn around time for my product to be created and shipped to me was very quick! This is the second time I have ordered a custom runner and both times have been 100% satisfied. Highly recommend!!!

I ordered a table runner for a last minute heath fair we were invited to. I needed professional tools and I had used BOS for a step and repeat earlier in the year.
