I just placed another order again and will keep ordering for sure The order was incorrect and I was charge twice It is great to have great quality window decals My product came. I said no background on order. They made it white anyways. They call the material opaque, when it's actuay solid white. My logo is black and grey. The grey part of the print was olive green so it's unusable as every shirt, business card, billboard we have is not olive green. This was supposed to be going on the side of our new job trailer. The print in general is blurry. No sharp edges on any of the print. I asked for them to redo it. They denied me saying that they cannot guarantee exact color match and that I chose opaque white material. My response was "I understand you can't have an exact color match, but you have to be able to get it in any shade of grey. I'd be fine with that. Not green. " And "the order never said 'white' it said 'opaque' plus I added in additional notes to 'remoce background'. They are sorry so they offered me 15% off a new order if I want to order again.
