tried to set up and the spring would not engage tried calling left messages to be called back since the wait times were long on the phone. Finally got a person by acting like i was placing another order explained to him the issue and he said he would enter the complaint and someone would call me in thirty minutes no one has ever called me . I explaned I needed it for the next weeks event and this wasnt going to work if it wouldnt go up and down . it has been two weeks not one call.

I'll start with the end product, which looks great. However, the process of approving designs was not easy. I could not approve from my account and had to sit on "wait" for 45 minutes when I called to approve (the only other option). I also paid a significant amount for expedited shipping and nothing was delivered within the time frame. The final packages were delivered up to 4 days late.
