My product came. I said no background on order. They made it white anyways. They call the material opaque, when it's actuay solid white. My logo is black and grey. The grey part of the print was olive green so it's unusable as every shirt, business card, billboard we have is not olive green. This was supposed to be going on the side of our new job trailer. The print in general is blurry. No sharp edges on any of the print. I asked for them to redo it. They denied me saying that they cannot guarantee exact color match and that I chose opaque white material. My response was "I understand you can't have an exact color match, but you have to be able to get it in any shade of grey. I'd be fine with that. Not green. " And "the order never said 'white' it said 'opaque' plus I added in additional notes to 'remoce background'. They are sorry so they offered me 15% off a new order if I want to order again. Waste of $250.

The quality of the graphics and material is top notch! The turn around time and price couldn't be beat.
The product is totally transparent and unusable. Instead of just reprinting it and sending a replacement to me they’re trying to give me a $30 future credit to use. Don’t use this company!!
The print came back better than I was expecting! It is now one of the focal points of our Great Room. and, It arrived a week sooner than I was expecting.
