Letters arrived exactly as described on the website. Quality seems nice. Packaging is good to avoid any scratches to the letters. I can leave a further review once the letter are installed.
I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Best of Signs, and I would not recommend them to anyone. The acrylic letters I ordered were riddled with quality issues that made them unusable. Poor Quality Control: The acrylic blocks were uneven in size, causing the letters to bow and making it impossible to mount them flush against the wall. This completely defeats their purpose. The provided template was grossly inaccurate. Holes for several letters were misaligned, leading to more frustration and wasted time. Attempts to resolve this issue are still ongoing and have been a significant waste of my time. After halting the installation, which was damaging our walls, I had no choice but to hire a different company to fix the mess and replace the letters entirely. This experience was a major hassle, and I’ve requested a full refund - through my 3rd email interaction with customer service so we'll see. . . My advice: save yourself the headache and go with a professional, reliable company instead.

The letters were perfect and the packaging was done with care to ensure that they were not broken during shipment.
The shape of the letters is great but I thought the letters were actually colored and not clear plastic with colored tape on top. I am worried that if the tape comes off, we will just have clear letters and no longer blue.

Adhesive was not adequate to stick to a normal Sheetrock wall. Replacement handling was cumbersome and unsatisfactory.
The acrylic letters are as described, but customer support is just as or is more important than the product. My tracking number under my account never updated, so I was not aware that the package was delivered. 5 days after delivery, I opened the box that had a gap at the bottom . All of the mounting screws were at the bottom of the box and not in the plastic bag, therefore, 10 screws were lost in transit. I called customer service for them to tell me they couldn’t help, but I would have to log into my account and create a help ticket. If you can’t help me on the phone to replace screws , what the heck are you getting paid to do , because your position seems useless. Online Customer service proceeds to ask me why I waited so long to report the issue. To me, 5 days after delivery is not long, but also, if you looked at my account, instead of focusing on why I’m at fault for waiting 5 days, you would have seen the order still said processing on my end. Then I get asked to send a picture of the box. Who keeps a box thinking you need to show proof that there was a gap in it. Then, I’m asked to send a video of the screws present so the case can be resolved. How asinine. One of the most frustrating “customer service” encounters.
