I had transparent decals on my order. While the process was smooth at first, the final product was disappointing. I had submitted a PDF file with the image on a transparent background, which included white elements that were essential to the design. When I was asked to review and approve the artwork, I noticed that you placed the image on a white background for clarity. I said this wasn’t needed, as I wanted the background to remain transparent. You assured me the background would be transparent as requested. However, when the decals arrived, you had removed the white areas from the image entirely, which ruined the design. Unfortunately, this miscommunication and error led to a product that didn’t meet my expectations. I would have appreciated more attention to detail and clearer communication throughout the process.

These are both one and the same there is no difference between the clear-cut decals and the window lettering they are both one and the same I don't know why we have two different reviews. When the package showed up it was one diecut sticker or window lettering

They did a great job on my logo. It was blurred but they fixed it to look great!
Printing looks great. Quality is great BUT they keep adjusting the contour cut lines and my sizes are changed
Both of our labels came ripped, over-taped, crinkled. I asked for a return and sent photos of our product and still haven’t heard back from customer service.
