The team and their support did great. One of the numbers was broken. I let the support team know and they promptly replaced it.
First, the letters are fine. But second, the ordering process was horrific. I’m not a new customer and use you guys quite often. I instructed the team to make sure the template had markings that aligned with the stud placement on the letters. I HAVE DONE THIS MULTIPLE TIMES. They put my order on hold insisting they do not do markings on the template anymore. I showed them my emails with your escalation team in the past ensuring me you do provide markings. The team still insisted they did not provide markings. Then randomly, my order moves into production, is shipped, is late, and the template HAS MARKINGS on all the letters but DOES NOT HAVE MARKINGS on one of the letters. This is very frustrating because my customer (a) didn’t even know if you guys were going to be able to provide the lettering (b) handled the process poorly so the letters were late and (c) provided a template that was incomplete. This particular order was a very bad experience and very frustrating.
Nice acrylic letters for our church. We ordered hunter green letters, but we received medium green letters instead. If letters where right color we would have been completely satisfied.
