I'm pleased with the Vinyl Poster I purchased from Best of Signs! The image quality is as sharp as I expected, and the dimensions are proportional and un-warped. The opaque matte finish is also pretty classy-looking. Overall, great value for the money.

Our product was delivered in horrible condition. Our signage had wrinkles and air bubbles before installation and after. It looked terrible. When reaching out to customer service to address this issue, (after sending them pictures of the condition we received our purchase) they told me that it was because of how I installed the signage that caused the problem and then told me to refer to the signage installation video... again. I thought it was very rude. After telling them I was disappointed with their customer service, they said I could buy the product again and they would offer me free shipping over $15.99 plus order...

They delivered the amount of decals and shirts that I ordered but they only got two of the decals colors correct. The smaller decals were supposed to be identical but they used a very obviously different color and it just doesn't match my company colors. I called in about it and was told I would get a call back and of course nobody ever called me back. So I guess I'm going to have to live with hundreds of dollars wasted. Also the shirts are not what they looked like when I was designing them online. Overall I would purchase small stickers here but that's about it. I'm not the guy who usually leaves bad reviews but this one kind upset me.

Took over 3 weeks to obtain my floor decal. Sent several emails to check on the status. Spoke with Aupervisor, she assured me they would sent a proof within 5 hours never received. Automated email generated indicating my order was complete and closed out. Very frustrating and inconsiderate. Would never used their services again. Informed them I would contact the better business bureau because they withdrew funds from my account and never sent proof. Too much back and forth spent hours on the phone to resolve.
Came out great! Totally messed up the install on the first one I tried. Have to apply with the wet method second two look awesome wish I could post a picture. Will be re-ordering the one I messed up along with an additional one for the front.
