Unfortunately this request came as I am trying to connect with customer service about a sign that was never delivered. Hopefully I will have some more positive feedback once this is resolved.
Great product. It displays just like the picture and the print quality is perfect. The frame is sturdy and the banner is an exact fit. Easy and quick to put together between two people. It took us about 10 minutes to assemble from start to finish. Definitely recommend for your event.

Unfortunately, this did not live up to the expectations we had anticipated when looking for a selfie frame. We ended up with 2 of the largest sizes of the frames, and though the site does say the board is 5mm thick, we didn't expect such a flimsy frame. It does not hold up, especially if you're using it outside and it's even slightly windy it will bend all over the place. We had to reinforce it ourselves using other material. It would be nice if Best of Signs had a thicker board since they're providing such a wide range of sizes, but until they do so, we will have to take our business elsewhere.
