Banner turned out great and support was able to reach out to me with design issues before hand. Great experience, recommend to anyone that is looking for one!
Unfortunately this request came as I am trying to connect with customer service about a sign that was never delivered. Hopefully I will have some more positive feedback once this is resolved.
Great product. It displays just like the picture and the print quality is perfect. The frame is sturdy and the banner is an exact fit. Easy and quick to put together between two people. It took us about 10 minutes to assemble from start to finish. Definitely recommend for your event.

I paid for fast shipping and my item never arrived. I will never purchase from here again!
Unfortunately, this did not live up to the expectations we had anticipated when looking for a selfie frame. We ended up with 2 of the largest sizes of the frames, and though the site does say the board is 5mm thick, we didn't expect such a flimsy frame. It does not hold up, especially if you're using it outside and it's even slightly windy it will bend all over the place. We had to reinforce it ourselves using other material. It would be nice if Best of Signs had a thicker board since they're providing such a wide range of sizes, but until they do so, we will have to take our business elsewhere.
So very happy with our tabletop banner. Looks great and will be ordering again!
These signs are high quality and lower cost.
The item never arrived. It was routed from India, to Italy, to the UAE, and finally in the USA, where it was ordered from, but did not reach in time so was of no use. Customer Support was unresponsive.
I ordered a replacement frame for a sign I had purchased through another firm. (I didn't know about Best of Signs or I would have used them!) The product arrived complete, and ahead of schedule.
