Customer Service as been very quick to try to resolve my issue. However, when a description says, "Safe Shipping: Robust fasteners and solid construction keep contents protected during transit and display" I expect it to last more than 1 shipment. Each time we shipped (UPS and a professional tradeshow shipper) we have had issues with the lid. One time it completely disappeared, another time the TSA locks we used to help keep the intact, disappeared. I realize you can't control shipping carriers. But if you say the product is Safe Shipping it should be able to survive at least 1 trip. So far, each time we have shipped we have had an issue with the lid. I received a 15% store credit because 1 of my 2 containers was replaced (the one that lost the lid) and I was outside the 180 day window.

These bungees are a must if you were buying a sign with grommets. It makes setup really easy and instead of having to zip tie the sign and cut it each time. These are easily detachable. They will definitely meet your needs way better than zip ties.

great squeegee - not to hard to mess up
I ordered a spike base for my feather flag and it came exactly as I expected. Good quality, price, and timely delivery.
It definitely was a squeegee, but I felt like it was easier to put on without the squeegee. If you use the squeegee and anything isn't perfect it can rip the sign. It was easier to use a washcloth
