Ordered two of these banner stands and one of them broke right out of the box, the other was fine, just seems like it will be difficult to switch out the banners. Fast and great communications! Returning Customer and love it every time. Banner turned out great and support was able to reach out to me with design issues before hand. Great experience, recommend to anyone that is looking for one! Unfortunately this request came as I am trying to connect with customer service about a sign that was never delivered. Hopefully I will have some more positive feedback once this is resolved. Great product. It displays just like the picture and the print quality is perfect. The frame is sturdy and the banner is an exact fit. Easy and quick to put together between two people. It took us about 10 minutes to assemble from start to finish.
