JUST PAY THE $10.00
I HAVE BOUGHT BANNERS FROM HERE FOR YEARS AND THEY ALWAYS HAVE A DELAY BECAUSE OF THE ART WORK. I PROVIDE THE HIGHEST RESOLUTION THAT I HAVE AND THEY ALWAYS HAVE TO "RE-DO" IT, FREE OF CHARGE, BUT IT CREATES A DELAY. THIS TIME, THERE WAS A SIGNIFICANT DELAY AND I SUGGESTED THAT BECAUSE I ALWAYS BUY FROM HERE 2-3 TIMES A YEAR, COULD THEY NOT JUST CREATE A FILE (BECAUSE I USE THE SAME TRADE MARKED ART WORK FOR MY BUSINESS) AND HAVE THESE HIGH RESOLUTION FILES TO USE WHEN PRINTING. THEY OFFERED TO DO IT AND CREATE A FILE FOR $50.00 OR USE THE "DESIGN ASSISTANCE" FOR $10.00. LONG STORY SHORT, I HAVE FILES OF THE BANNERS I DESIGNED AND NOT THE ACTUAL, REUSEABLE ART WORK TO CREATE NEW BANNERS. THERE IS A BREAKDOWN IN COMMUNICATION. DO THEY MAKE GOOD, AFFORDABLE BANNERS? YES. DO THEY ARRIVE WITHIN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME? NOT IF THERE IS AN ARTWORK DELAY. JUST PAY THE $10.00 TO HAVE THE ARTWORK ENHANCED AT THE TIME OF ORDERING...SAVE YOURSELF, TIME AND MONEY.
