We are thrilled with our logo 10' x 15' canopy. It does take two people to set up but if you have 2 people it is a breeze. It looks amazing and we are getting so many compliments. Extremely satisfied!

I was having a rough time with the backdrop art and called customer service- they stayed on the phone with me until the artwork was updated to make sure it looked perfect before they pushed it to production for me. 10/10
Did not know I had to purchase the base to power separately. It would have been nice if that was obvious to the consumer.
I was really excited to order our wind resistant sidewalk sign . However upon delivery I was really confused and disappointed to find out what I had order was simply a thin piece of board with the design I had chosen but the actual sign was missing . Upon reviewing my order on the website I realized that somewhere in the comments I does state you have to order the sign separately . I still feel like the way the product is presented on the website is a bit misleading and now I just have wasted my time and money .

I pulled the banner up and as soon as I attached it to the post, the canvas ripped out and shot back down. Then I realized there were two small holes in the banner.
My banner has crisp, bright colors. Truly exceeded my expectations!
We had designed a selfie frame and had 2 made. One of them came with a white nick on it. Other than that, the experience was good.
